  • Step 1 -Go to Outlook menu — tools — Auto BCC for Outlook

    Step 2 - Click the “New rule” button on the top toolbar or right click on the rules list area and choose the “New rule” item of the popup menu.

    Step 3 - In the “Rule properties” dialog box select the rule settings you need.
